Terms & Conditions – Dirt Adventure

1. Scope

1. Scope & Legal Entity
These terms apply to all bookings made with Dirt Global, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU), RCS Clermont-Ferrand no. 945 315 141, trading as “Dirt Adventure”. By confirming a booking, the client fully agrees to these terms.

2. Services

For the avoidance of doubt, any elements included on the product page (e.g., guiding, motorcycle rental, accommodation, meals, local transfers) form part of the “Booking Value” as defined below.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

  • Balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to the tour start.

  • Cash payments on arrival are not accepted without prior written agreement.

  • If the balance is not paid, Dirt Adventure may cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.

4. Damage Deposit

  • A €1,200 security deposit or card imprint may be required at check-in.

  • In case of damage, replacement parts are invoiced at full retail price, with up to 10% discount at Dirt Adventure’s discretion.

5. Insurance & Liability

  • Professional liability insurance: ref. RC/DA/FR-2025-001 .

  • Riders must have personal travel and health insurance covering off-road riding.

  • Dirt Adventure is not liable for injury, theft or accident, unless gross negligence is legally proven.

  • Riders accept the risks associated with off-road riding and certify their physical ability to ride.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 60 days before the tour: full refund.

  • Less than 60 days: the entire booking value is non-refundable.

  • No-show: no refund.

  • In case of cancellation by Dirt Adventure (weather, legal restrictions), rescheduling or refund will be offered.

7. Safety & Behavior

  • Zero tolerance for alcohol, drugs or unsafe behavior.

  • Wearing full protective gear is mandatory (helmet, boots, gloves, armor, Knee Braces).

  • Violation of safety rules may result in immediate exclusion without refund.

8. Media Rights

Unless stated otherwise in writing, Dirt Adventure may use photos/videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by French law.

  • Disputes will be resolved amicably first; otherwise, the exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Clermont-Ferrand.
