Meet the Team
At Dirt Adventure, we don't just guide rides — we share a purpose. We're here to give riders a real taste of what enduro is all about: its roots, its wild terrain, and the people and culture that make it come alive. Each member of our team brings experience, passion, and the joy of passing it on.
Our mission: create memories that matter, in a setting that’s as demanding as it is unforgettable.
Antonio Dieu — Founder & Lead Guide
Adventure has always been Antonio’s driving force, and motorcycles quickly became his ultimate passport to the world. He started riding at the age of four on a PW 50, and never looked back.
His background combines high-level competition and deep field experience: multiple Top 5 finishes in Elite at the European Enduro Championship, finisher of extreme enduro events (including Red Bull XL Lagares), and a major hard enduro win (the historic Enduro du Limousin). He also raced enduro MTB for two seasons in the Enduro World Series (Pro class).
Off the bike, Antonio spent 11 years as Sales Director for Beta Motorcycles across Western France, and acted as team manager across French Beta Enduro and Trial teams. He also lined up at the SSDT (Scottish Six Days Trial). Today, he brings that same seriousness to guiding — plus one obsession: making riders feel safe, confident, and fully alive.
Core belief: great riders are built with humility. No ego. Just progress, craft, and joy.
Beth — The Backbone of Every Adventure
Beth is the steady hand and calm mind that keeps Dirt Adventure running smoothly. She’s the one who answers your messages, organizes your booking, double-checks the details, and makes sure your experience is effortless — before you even arrive.
On tour, Beth is logistics: transport, bags, meals, and the support setup that makes “all-inclusive” actually real. She’s also one of the reasons international riders feel instantly at ease: clear English, real kindness, and zero unnecessary drama.
Behind her gentle smile is a wealth of experience. Beth has followed Antonio through his racing years, across France and Europe, learning the ropes not just from the sidelines — but from inside the world.
Beth is the kind of person you want in your corner: thoughtful, reliable, and fully committed. She doesn’t seek the spotlight — but every successful tour has her fingerprints all over it.
Gary — The Quiet Strength Behind the Adventure
When the road gets long, the logistics get complex, and the unexpected shows up uninvited — Gary is the one you want by your side.
A lifelong rider with a love for both trial and enduro, Gary’s hidden strength is reliability. He drives the assistance vehicle on multi-day tours, handles fuel drops, keeps the support flowing, and helps make sure everyone stays grounded — even when things don’t go to plan.
Calm, unshakable, with just enough dry humor to reset the mood when needed. He won’t be the loudest voice in the room — but he’s the one the whole operation depends on.
Snoopie — Trail Dog & Director of Shenanigans
Don’t let the fluffy coat and puppy eyes fool you — Snoopie is the true head of operations at Dirt Adventure. Antonio? Beth? Gary? Let’s be honest… they just work for her.
Chief Trail Scout and legendary snack tester, armed with a nose of off-trail precision and a tail that never stops. She’s the first to greet you, the first to annoy you into smiling, and the first to notice when the vibe needs a reset.
Off duty (but never really), she takes her role seriously:
✓ morale officer · ✓ guest greeter · ✓ expert in “are we riding yet?” · ✓ snack quality control
She may not guide the rides, but make no mistake — Snoopie keeps the whole operation running.
